It is a conflict of interest to sit on a jury to decide the fate of your political opponent in a senate trial.
Unless you are planning to vote to acquit, and in that case, then it is also a conflict of interest.
Gillibrand, Harris and Booker shouldn't get a pass either. They are not impartial jurors either.
