Haven't done much reading on it, but from what I've heard the virus usually lives in animals (rather weird ones like bats), which the chinese eat half cooked.
Seems the virus mutated and is now able to spread b/w humans.
Heard it's not airborne, so direct contact is required (touching, ingestion).
