The 1582 Rheems New Testament I've been reading is fascinating. Judea is never mentioned by name. Instead, Jesus is always described as going into 'Jewry' i.e. The Jewish Quarter. He's constantly attacking the Jewish Leaders, calling them thieves, vipers and murderers, and clearly-states the Kingdom of God will be taken away from the Unrepentant Jews, such as the parable that starts in Matthew 21:33

Be wary of how to Protestants try to spin it.
