Let's analyze what Toobin is saying with my personal experiences:
In 1993 I lost a promotion to a Woman who I beat points wise on the interview but she got 5 extra points for being a woman.
In 1995 I lost a promotion to an American who happens to be black that I beat on points but he got an extra 10 points for being black.
What Toobin is saying is White Men are to be looked down on and not believed. What he is doing is spreading vicious racism for the purpose of dividing our Nation, just like they divided the workforce by selecting less qualified people for no good reason.
