So with a Global War on Terrorism being something declared by Congress under the power granted to Congress by the Constitution in so much as a military Campaign Ribbon for such action also having been approved by Congress I must ask: Are the actions of some of those in the House of Representatives to be interpreted as High Treason During Time of War?
