Technically, as legal history and Constitutional law has it, you would be correct, I think.
The house alone has the power to impeach:
1) But Nancy usurped the house Constitutional powers and declared impeachment without the house vote.
Then, even worse, Schiff took it to the Judiciary committee which is the proper comittee?
NO.
He took Nancy's Unconstitutional "orders" to the basement, to the "intelligence" committee?
Why there and not some other committee?
Mebbe cuz intelligence committee has a SCIF where the Unconstitutional treasonous hearings could be done in secret without eavesdropping by other intelligence committees?
I am taking it at this point that the "intelligence committee" is the only committee that has constant need of a SCIF for normal operation of the committee.
So a cabal of people unauthorized by the Congress, take their cabal of folks to the least likely committee to conduct secret hearings against the President of the United States, and THEN, they leak what they need to act out that treason in secret, and spring it on the public, and the Senate etc.
So, uh…
Yeah.
Treason in plain sight.
Exposed, but not fully exposed yet.
To do that we need the CIA related so called "whistleblower" that met with the Schiff team to testify.
