He's got a new pen almost every time he goes up.
I bet there are more this I just waht I saw and didn't watch all of the times he went up.
Those pens Jay is using are nice. So Jay likes nice pens and he keeps changing them out. I think he might just be making his pen collection historic by using them all in impeachment or something like that.
