They always interrupt as soon as facts are getting ready to be cinched up to see the big picture. Public speaking teaches you to state a couple of facts, give a small opinion on them, then cinch it up. The cinch is where people hear you because you are learning by association. These interviewers know what they are doing. They time it just right so everyone can only hear arguing.
