Its built in and can't be removed. If you are not a user of Fuckbook it still tracks you. Usually on major carriers phones. Most Android OS phones don't allow "root" access. So the phone owner doesn't have enough permission to control the operating system. Its total bullshit. Don't get me started on the compromised CPUs on these devices. Also locks out the user.
