Also, he had to be baptized / initiated? Receive the influx / descent of the "Father's" energy? through the "Dove" [female aspect of the trinity]

Western tradition implies he was born God.. Whereas Eastern, that he became a great teacher and healer through God's grace. i.e. he was a man as all of us.

So, The Great Teacher is great because the teaching is great, the grace of God is great?

Jesus is his teaching. That's why the Grace is given/ received, even when the physical man is absent?
