Why have we not completely shut down all travel from China? With Chinese New Years coming this is ridiculous and it should be shut down.
33 million is nothing but a drop in the hat considering the world populace. If what you say is viable then I would think they would seek (at least) a billion. Might be why it began in China and China and India are primary population countries.
