Looks like someone posted a hit on imgur a few days ago. Potentially Feinstein or more likely, Feinstein's chinese spy assistant.

I've ever seen one in Japan with more than a few dozen; I guess its possible, but were banned in china until 2015, so that doesn't add up either.
