Police Internet cafe found a fake ID and accidentally found a girl who has been away from home for 10 years

November 21, 2015

This story is a coincidence. At more than 3 am yesterday, the policemen of the Kangqiao Police Station in Hangzhou City went to inspect an Internet cafe in Kangqiao at night. During the inspection, it was found that the identity card of a girl did not match her.

The girl was taken back to the police station and asked nothing. While talking with the girl, the police searched for information that matched the conditions from the information held by the police, such as missing persons. I did not expect this check to be found-the girl is called Xiaoyun (pseudonym), born in 1992, Dongyang Hengdian, 24 years old this year. It was 10 years since he ran away from home at the age of 14.

With the patient persuasion of the police, Xiao Yun finally opened his mouth. Xiaoyun said that her parents have gone out to work since she was born. She was raised by her grandparents. Until the age of 14, parents did not return to see her at home. At the age of 14, his parents returned to Dongyang from a foreign country to live with Xiaoyun, but due to the problem of getting along, Xiaoyun and his parents often had quarrels. Xiaoyun, who was adolescent, started skipping classes and doing some rebellious things. "I ran away from home once and later asked my father for the fare for going home. They refused to pay and said I lied to them. I left the house."

After leaving home, Xiaoyun went to Jinhua, Jiangxi, Hangzhou and other places. I usually don't have any work. I earn some living expenses by working as an Internet cafe cashier. Xiaoyun plays a game called Cross Fire in the Internet cafe, and often netizens will give her 100 yuan and 200 yuan. In Hangzhou, Xiaoyun has no temporary residence and usually sleeps in an Internet cafe or bath.

Xiaoyun finally agreed to meet with his parents. After receiving the call, the mother took a leave from the migrant factory with her boss, drove her sister and brother-in-law for more than 4 hours and rushed to the Hangzhou Kangqiao Police Station. His father also arrived from Huangshan by train.

Xiaoyun's mother was very excited, but Xiaoyun at the police station began to get nervous. She refused to see her family. She said: "She (referring to her mother) must say me and complain about me. I'm afraid, I'm afraid she scolds me." The police had to separate the rooms and communicate with Xiaoyun and his family again.

Xiaoyun's mother told the Qianbao reporter: "I do have a strong personality and a quick temper. I did scold her before. But for 10 years, she is also an adult. I will not scold her again."

"I haven't changed my mobile phone number in the past 10 years. Just thinking about when she wants to find me and can always find me. Later, with WeChat, my daughter added my WeChat through the mobile phone number, but she just didn't let me find it. She. Several times I dreamed of her going home. "

For 10 years, Xiaoyun has grown up and her mother is old! As soon as they met, Xiaoyun burst into her mother's arms and cried โ€ฆ Xiaoyun's mother said that after so many years, Xiaoyun's local account had been cancelled. This time my daughter is really back!

As for Xiaoyun's use of her ID card to go online, the police also fined Xiaoyun 1,000 yuan and conducted criticism and education in accordance with relevant regulations.

Court rules against Liberman, in favor of Jewishness DNA testing

A petition filed by Yisrael Beytenu head Avigdor Liberman and numerous other private individuals against the usage of DNA testing to confirm Jewishness by the Chief Rabbinate was struck down by the High Court of Justice, multiple reports confirmed.

In the majority decision, penned by Justice Neal Hendel, it was determined that the petition didn't present sufficient evidence claiming that the rabbinate had acted in a discriminatory manner.

According to the decision, the petition raised the issue of rabbinical courts reexamining the Jewish status of someone already recognized as Jewish, as well as the issue of conducting DNA tests to prove it.

To that effect, the petition indicates a lack of clarity regarding the rules used in rabbinical courts, according to Hendel.

โ€œFor example, in the preliminary response, it was argued that the proposal to conduct [DNA] testing is only made when the rest of the material presented is not sufficient, i.e., in cases in which, without such testing, the personโ€™s Judaism would not be recognized," he wrote in the decision.

"According to this line of thinking, the proposal to do testing can only benefit the person being tested, whether he accepts the testing or refuses to undergo the test."

However, as the representative of the rabbinate argued in the court, refusing to be tested could be used as casting greater suspicion on the Jewish status of an individual.

Samasource CEO Leila Janah passes away at 37

The tech community has been left reeling after the death of Samasource founder and CEO, Leila Janah, passed away Friday at the young age of 37. The cause of death, according to the companyโ€™s website, was Epithelioid Sarcoma, a rare form of cancer.

Janah was a bright light in the male-dominated, bro culture of Silicon Valley, where female CEOs are few and far between. She founded Samasource, which โ€œdeliver(s) turnkey, high-quality training data and validation for the worldโ€™s leading AI technologies,โ€ in 2008.

A statement on Samasource said: โ€œLeila spearheaded a global impact sourcing movement and was a champion for environmental sustainability and ending global poverty. โ€ฆ Her commitment to creating a better world was unparalleled. The ripple effects of her work will be felt for generations. โ€ฆ We are all committed to continuing Leilaโ€™s work, and to ensure her legacy and vision is carried out for years to come. To accomplish this, Wendy Gonzalez, a longtime business partner and friend to Leila, will take the helm as interim CEO of Samasource. Previously the organizationโ€™s COO, Wendy has spent the past five years working alongside Leila to craft Samasourceโ€™s vision and strategy.โ€

Remember Nathan Phillips? I asked him why he lied about the Covington Catholic boys and he ran away like a girl, then came back to blow in my cameraman's ear. This is the guy the media fell in love with to destroy the lives of innocent teenagers because they wore MAGA hats.

After the shooting, officers found Paddock dead with 17 guns on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.

When approached outside an Auckland shopping mall by the Herald on Sunday on Thursday, the woman said she wasn't concerned about her safety, but added she was "prepared" at all times.

When asked why she wasn't concerned, the mother opened her bag and pulled out a gun - later found by police to be a replica.

"I have a permit to conceal and carry it with me," she said.

The Herald on Sunday reported the incident to police.

They visited her at her home on Friday night and told the Herald on Sunday: "Inquiries were made this evening and a replica pistol was located and it has been surrendered to police for destruction. A female has been warned for unlawfully carrying an imitation firearm."

They had said earlier: "Anyone who has a firearms licence that is endorsed to allow ownership of a pistol must comply with strict regulations around carriage of the pistol."

Ghislaine Maxwell's personal emails were HACKED sparking fears that damaging information about high-profile individuals linked to Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking case, including Prince Andrew, could be leaked

Ghislaine Maxwell's personal emails have been hacked, and damaging information, including the names of individuals linked to Jeffrey Epstein's sex trafficking case, are at risk of being publicly released.

The revelation was made in a letter filed by the British socialite's lawyers in the defamation case brought against her by Jeffrey Epstein accuser Virginia Guiffre, DailyMail.com has learned.

The letter was sent by Maxwell's attorney, Ty Gee, on December 5 to New York federal court Judge Loretta A. Preska but made public last week. The letter addresses the materials that should remain sealed or redacted in the case.

It notes 'the difficulty and complexity' of the process as there are more than 8,600 pages, adding that it is 'difficult-to-overstate importance to the lives of Ms. Maxwell and the non-parties'.

Gee's letter says that the project 'could not be accomplished by scanning or speed-reading' as each page had to be carefully analysed to redact, for example, 'a surname or an email address'.

He refers to details that were released in error in the 2,000 pages that were made public in August by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Those filings revealed allegations that Maxwell procured underage girls for Epstein. She has denied those charges.

Rothschild bank heirs sue authorities in Vienna for 'perpetuating Nazi laws by plundering ยฃ90m charitable trust that was seized by Hitler'

The great-grandson of the Austrian branch of the Rothschild banking dynasty is suing the city of Vienna of 'perpetuating' Nazi laws by plundering a charitable trust.

Baron Albert von Rothschild, head of the Rothschild bank in Vienna, set up the charitable foundation in 1905, to endow the Austrian capital with pioneering psychiatric hospitals.

He set it up to commemorate his brother Nathaniel, a renowned art collector and leading advocate of psychiatric treatments.

The bequest funded the establishment of two institutions for the Nathaniel Freiherr von Rothschild Foundation for the Mentally Ill, which provided advanced care for nervous disorders.

The National Microbiology Lab is the only Level 4 virology facility in Canada โ€” meaning a lab equipped to work with the most serious and deadly human and animal diseases. That makes the Arlington Street lab one of only a handful in North America capable of handling pathogens requiring the highest level of containment, such as Ebola, HIV and anthrax.

The lab helped develop ZMapp. The cocktail of three monoclonal antibodies has proven to be one of the most successful treatments for Ebola, which killed more than 11,000 people in West Africa between 2014-2016.

At an August 6, 2014 press conference, Barack Obama, the President of the United States, was questioned regarding whether the cocktail should be fast-tracked for approval or be made available to sick patients outside of the United States. He responded, "I think we've got to let the science guide us. I don't think all the information's in on whether this drug is helpful."

29 December 2019

The wife of a Google whistleblower, who exposed meddling in the 2016 election, died Friday night just days after she was seriously injured in a car crash.

Psychology professor, Robert Epstein, 66, shared in a heartbreaking tweet announcing that his wife, Misti Dawn Vaughn, died after her vehicle spun out of control along a slippery road in California and into the path of a tractor-trailer.

'My beautiful wife Misti, a published poet, succumbed last night to injuries sustained in a car accident,' her grieving husband wrote.

'I was supposed to die in your arms some day, but a slippery road has ruined everything. You were not just my love, you were my greatest adventure.'

'Five Eyes' intelligence-sharing alliance partners with Japan over North Korea

The โ€œFive Eyesโ€ intelligence-sharing alliance of English-speaking nations has joined hands with France, Japan and South Korea in an effort to restrain North Koreaโ€™s provocations, government sources said Sunday.

With the expanded framework, the alliance โ€” comprising Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Britain and the United States โ€” together with the three new partners will strengthen intelligence activities that go beyond the analysis of North Korean ballistic missiles currently undertaken by Japan, South Korea and the United States, the sources said.

Officials from the eight countries gathered last fall and discussed how best to collect information on North Korea, according to the Japanese and U.S. government sources.

The alliance also has the idea of developing the partnership with the three countries into one that facilitates the exchange of intelligence on Chinaโ€™s growing military muscle, the sources said.

The United States has sought to build the framework of โ€œFive Eyes plusโ€ with friendly countries to counter threats in new realms, including space and cybersecurity where China is also increasing its power.

Misti, 29, reportedly lost control over her Ford Ranger just after 8am Monday morning.

According to the San Diego Union-Tribune, she was driving along rain-slick Interstate 15 in Escondido when the accident occurred.

When her truck spun out of control it crossed into the path of an oncoming big rig that was hauling two dump trailers.

California Highway Patrol spokesman Officer Mark Latulippe told the news outlet that the 50-year-old driver of the tractor-trailer was unable to avoid hitting the woman's truck and struck the passenger side of the pickup.

Moments later, a 19-year-old woman who was driving a Toyota 4Runner was also unable to avoid the accident in front of her and struck the Ranger.

The victim was treated at the scene for her injuries before being rushed to Palomar Medical Center. Both the big rig driver and the 19-year-old woman were uninjured.
