I don't really know where to post this, but it is related to the subjects investigated on Q research, so I'm going to take a stab at sharing about this again (did once before).
I'm "aware" of a pretty strange/bad work environment in my general area. The top management of the company is apparently Iranian, but of course, that doesn't necessarily mean its leadership is doing anything nefarious. Its just that the place is apparently SO broke. Its an employer of what I call "last resort". You can get in without drug test, criminal backgrounds, illegal (?), etc.
But things don't add up. Workers reportedly still making less than what employees were paid over a decade ago when there was a "buyout" or some such of a company that went bankrupt. I guess costs to make plastics went up due to oil prices going up. (Still true?!- I doubt it.)
Leadership has ZERO transparency with costs, the company is VERY stingy with any PPE, etc.

I think this place needs an outside audit. Potential violations of safety standards, questionable employment practices, financial irregularities, nepotism, etc. Who to ask?
Just wondering how the leadership managed to afford to buy up the old factories right at the time everyone else was going bankrupt. Shorting the workers? Something worse? For some reason I was struck by the timing of the buyout 2007. Some things in Q drops got me wondering if perhaps the leadership had help to purchase. The story about money going into Iraq and ending up in Lebanon got me thinking.
Basically, I see a lot of very good, hard-working people at this place going through real hardship. Sure the factory is supplying the auto industry…but still.
