This makes me wonder how petitions ultimately work. Questions: Is it usual for a petition not to gather enough signatures on the first go-round; do petitions end up in multiple go-rounds; if petitions do have multiple go-rounds, does it detract from how people perceive it, or would they even care, or would a large population insulate people from even being aware of it previously, or if they are, would they assume that it's a petition still in the works as opposed to one that has been resurrected.

In certain instances, I can see presenting an issue in the guise of a petition to merely use it as a vehicle to familiarize people, without the expectation, at least initially, of it being used to a successful end that a petition might be used for.

What I'm seeing more and more is the outline of an agreement. She got knocked up and said, "I'm Catholic and this ain't going anywhere except of it's own volition. Do whatever, but don't bring any noise home that affects my kid." Separate bedrooms and other arrangements. I question if she really cares beyond how it impacts the progeny. And she's really pissed that bimbos are busting out, granted aided and abetted by some desperate dysfunctional slimeballs.
