Map Archive Anon Update

Of all the map versions I have, there is no complete set in any one time zone.

For anons interested in EST/EDT:

The early maps are mixed bags (I guess because of VPNs). Dunno what to do there.

We're missing 11-24-17 to 01-31-18 altogether in EST (unless someone can provide).
