What if the Nielsen ratings ( or whatever ) are fake, just like the # of followers for twitter accounts and the # of eyeballs seeing ads on FB etc. Broadcasters want inflated ratings in order to sell ads for more $. Those who measure audiences want to give high #s so they can stay in business. Wouldn't that kind of a system mean viewership #s are inflated?

(Just like how the Bond Rating agencies had incentives to portray the bonds as better quality than they really were.)

Norse IP site has been taken down or changed.

This one

https://cybermap.kaspersky.com/

works but I don't know how to compare current attack level vs. historic average.

Next stop https://downdetector.com/

https://downdetector.com/status/att/

Again I don't know how these #s compare with typical averages.

Do they sort the badges on their front page with the worst outages at the top? It doesn't say.

Again, I don't know how to interpret this data without historical comparison.
