People have pointed out the letter that Stormy signed saying she never had sex with Trump.
I suspect that the laws allowing propaganda mean that she cannot be prosecuted for what she said on CNN because that is news media and covered by the propaganda law. But outside of that, she has to be truthful so the letter she signed REALLY IS TRUE.
