Here is my problem with career politicians like Pam Bondi, she's a career politician. While it's nice some in the swamp read the political tea leaves correctly and jumped on the Trump train, just remember they are career politicians and will happily go back to inhabiting the swamp if it's advantageous for them to do so. They don't deserve to be on pedestals.
We have and still do live in a banana republic.
