Win 10? Likely waking to look for updates, your control over Win 10 updates is very limited unless you get deep. Don't worry about it, the NSA is tracking, watching and listening to you in so many ways it's impossible to escape it unless you get rid of all electronics and live in a cave.
And another thing with Win 10 Updates now, did you know your computer is uploading updates to other computers? And you can no longer shut it off, you can limit/reduce the monthly upload but you can not shut it off so it may be waking to upload. Search "setting limits on Win 10 updates"
