Bolton adviser, Sarah Tinsley, claimed on FOX NEWS that he submitted a hard copy draft of his manuscript to the NSC for pre-publication review, but had not shared it with anyone else.

 

If "hard copy" means the same as hard cover than obviously the book was already in the hands of the publisher, who is someone other than NSC. Also book release is scheduled for March 17. Any publisher anons that can comment on whether a publisher sets a release date before they have received a copy of the book?
