This makes sense to a point. I think it is more than that. So much data and so powerful of computers that can anticipate the future with a high degree of accuracy. Plans are based on that information, and adjusted as variables change.
Some of us have naturally glimpsed the future at times. The problem is that you may not realize what you saw until it comes to pass. Hopefully the right choice was made.
