I just want to point something out. For years, our (greedy & comped) universities have been passing up our own students on grants, scholarships and even enrollment, to hand out instead to "foreign exchange" "students", in order to reflect "diversity" (which likely gave them some kind of "tax break").
Can't even get a decent education in my own country, even when it requires me to go tens of thousands of "American" dollars in debt to achieve. And then we wonder why other nations are advancing at rates we can only assume means they're being assisted by advanced alien beings, because our country's spent the last gorrilian years being brainwashed by propaganda meant to purposely dumb us down. Probably, so certain "intelligence" agencies could feel smarter about their retarded selves.
