Why would Schiff/Schumer push for a Bolton testimony if they know the Biden's and Schiff himself would have to testify?
They know Giuliani has the evidence. They must realize that the questions they'd be asked would be in the domain of Giuliani's evidence which means they'd perjure themselves.
