Corporal Thomas McDonald is a 17 year veteran of the Scranton Police Department.
Scranton Police Chief Carl Graziano confirms that his department began an internal investigation last August after receiving a complaint regarding alleged misconduct on the part of 46 year old Corporal Thomas McDonald.
McDonald is a member of the Scranton Police Department’s Special Investigation Division, handling mostly drug-related cases.
Because of the investigation, nearly 20 of his criminal cases have been dropped
