every layer 2 datagram has your MAC address encoded in it. Everyone of them.
We used to use Nmap to spoof our MAC addresses, so now they encode your UID from your NIC.
There is no escaping this.
But only GQSB and NSA get it, and it can't be used against you, legally, that is.
