Never mind, I see it in the dough.
Q has addressed anons before. Such as LDR and one time and other anons implying Q knew who they were like when Q called out clown IDs in a bread once. This leads me to believe Q can see who people are. How much Q follows us, that I don't know.
The thing is, you'd have to be crazy to let all that data go to waste. It could help in perfecting psychological warfare.
