I wonder if this is really about rounding up the CCP…no way for them to get out with all transportation being shut down, borders closed in cities..almost sounds like a round up..maybe those numbers represent those they have identified as needing to be picked up. On the building of a new hospital…could that really be a new prison to house them until trial, makes one wonder.
