Why didn't John Bolton inform House Intelligence of his conversation with Trump during the House hearings? Is it possible he didn't know he was the only one in the world who held the "smoking gun" in the impeachment hearing?

Fuck this makes no fucking sense:

If Bolton (or someone) is attempting to trigger witnesses, Democrats MUST know this allows Republicans to call their own witnesses. Why would they push for a Bolton testimony whey they absolutely know that the Bidens are complicit in corruption and CANNOT lie under oath due to the Giuliani revelations - from which the White House counsel will draft their questions to the Bidens.
