Either it's a fast posting bot or a glitch in the site's code.
IDs are hashes of posters' IP addresses and a salt value (unknowable to us for security). Wildly speculating, If something went wrong in the step where the IP data is passed to the hashing function (like if Ron recently monkeyed with it in attempt to allow Tor users to have different IPs...) and only a null value was passed then it would hash to the same value. It reminds me of debugging code and quickly learning to recognize that hashes starting with "da39a..." were empty strings.
