Their purpose is to discredit. They post at the top of each board (or as near to the top as they possibly can) so that their disinfo message is seen first by people new to the boards.

Their message is anti-Jew on purpose, which is to create the appearance that the board supports anti-Jewish, pro-Nazi sympathizers.
