The syntax is like the same bot who used to post emojis at the end of their rant. Same content style. Same reddit spacing. It's a bot.
The way the bot works… you can track its tentacles by watching the content of replies to it.
Watch for single to multi meme replies (bad programming), canned responses that have little to do with the post (bad programming), or a combination thereof.
