Looks like they're charging to "stargaze" on all their fancy Long Island beaches, ie. keep those poor people off our expensive beach and out of our neighborhoods. Sounds like an excuse to boot homeless off the beach as well.

So there's no chance of it being published AND Congress can't have a copy to look at.

So the leaked portion is all heresay, and the leaker can't come testify, bc he committed a crime in doing so.
