I was digging around the In-Q-Tel board of trustees and one person caught my attention - Mike Glenn Mullen.
If you go to the In-Q-Tel site and scroll down to the board of trustees you can read he is a retired Admiral and was an advisor to George W. Bush and Barack Obama:

But if you read about him on Wikipedia you cannot find anything about In-Q-Tel:

Very shady.
