Funny, innit? A sitting president that is being impeached cannot have his legal representation help to select jurors. Of course, the Founding Fathers saw to it that the 2/3rds provision prevents impartiality, but what if a part actually controlled 2/3rds of the Senate, and were able to force their fellow party members to vote in agreement?
