Who / What happens to [them] if [they] LIE?
I saw some of that discussion, Anon, and I thought the consensus was that, House Managers and President's Counsel (and possibly the entire Senate)…
Was Sworn In - Under Oath - by Chief Justice Roberts, before proceeding with the Senate Trial.
The House Reps, however, were NOT acting Under Oath during the House Peach Trial…
