Wife and I used to adopt dogs/cats. We adopted an adorable kitten that was infected with Coronavirus. When this "scare" broke out, it stirred a lot of emotions, because no matter what we did to make him comfortable, it didn't work. We loved that kitten (Not a cat person, myself, long story), but we couldn't help but do everything we could. For an animal we barely had 3 weeks, it was a difficult thing to let it go.
