So instead of spending the time to subpoena the witnesses, and after refusal, and take it to court, they'd rather not do that and take it to the Senate so the Chief Justice can make a decision in the Senate vs the courts. I see what they are trying to do. Dems are such fucking snakes.

So the Chief Justice decides, and not the SCOTUS (if it got that far). Don't use the full court system as prescribed. Use a shortcut you just invented, because the rules say the House decides, even without a vote.
