The invalid subpoenas, and therefore invalid impeachment angle is going to get bigger imo. There was a wapo article posted earlier saying the House could have the SC review Senate rules regarding impeachment. The case actually stated that they wouldn't review the case because it was political in nature. Did the House issue invalid subpoenas? From commentary I'm hearing, there is precedent from the SC on the issuance of subpoenas by House committees. Just spitballing here.
