1. Iron Ore does not behave in the same manner as gas hydrates which are in a solid form only within certain pressure and temperature envelopes (ranges). If brought beyond its current, stable, solid form; a different pressure and temperature range, it will be quickly lost.

1. Currently there is no economical way to release the trapped gas and capture it for utilization (containment, transportation and use).

1. Many private and govt research groups have thus far been unable to devise an economical answer as to how to extract this known resource.

1. Practical utilization of this resource is obvious - once it is extracted by a method that is economically viable (see point #2 above).
