Dear Q

Durham is investigating a web of RICO offenses, some related to Coup.

Logical to assume the Coup is active and ongoing as we speaklikely closely linked to what Durham is looking at.

From a NatSec standpoint we have to assume their is a high level Active Counter Intel Op going on.

Hints for us its been awhile>

470 Mil Intel?

Op is bigger than Most can Imagine.

Thats likely to a degree (some communication).

WH Counsel did advise Senators to not ask about 'whistleblower' EC, citing it could be construed as witness tampering.

I think proper legal challenges need to be respected, to rule that Whistleblower is or isn't legit, and what protections legally apply.

I imagine at the right time these things will be addressed.

So Trump even if he could access testimony from Shifty and declas, they will claim tampering of witness.

Seems to be enough that legal challenges are the way to go.

Roberts is presiding officer, however I believe Senate has the role of judge via a body (vote).

They can ask Roberts maybe, but a vote can overrule that if a majority of Sen. concurs.
