Is this chicken scratch worth deciphering?
The crossed out "IV" and replaced with "PO" jumps out as poseably being important.
IV = M? (letter "I" being split down the middle by a "V")
PO = Pineal Pot/holed/container/whole (letter 15 = "2 if tee-in"?)

I'm kinda out there on the limb. But I know I'm in the right general neighborhood. I just don't get the logistics… and perhaps I'm never supposed to.
