it won't pass scotus. has been tried time and time again. would require constitutional amendment.
read something besides your own wishes. there is no constitutional provision for recalling a U.S. congressman. anything a state tries to do on their own will go to scotus, which will not allow it.
i don't have to look up anything. NO u.s. congressman has ever been recalled. it doesn't exist.
not one u.s. congressman has ever been recalled. web is full of people and their theories about how it can be done but it has never happened because, as i stated, it will take a constitutional amendment to create the recall process.
