That is utter hogwash.

 

First, everyone has rights as enumerated in the Constitution and others not named. Governments may at times make it difficult or illegal for people to exercise their rights, but they can never take those rights away; people can never "lose" rights. Perhaps you mean they "lose" their freedom to exercise their rights.

 

Secondly, becoming a federal citizen - what do you mean by that? Become an American citizen? Is something wrong with that? And how does becoming an American cause you to lose your ability to freely exercise your rights?

 

Clarity of thought is necessary to "think for oneself" as Q has recommended; apparently you're not doing that very well.
