The Corona Virus cases (reported at least) has dropped by half of what whey were 3 days ago. Thus either the virus is being contained or the reporting is falsified.
That would be a dramatic mutation.
Then progression as of yesterday should have been 16 thousand. It only hit 11 thousand. and only about a thousand today.

I am reserving judgement if the slow in the rise of corona infection is really a decrease in the spread or just a decrease in reporting.

I would silently move FEMA all over the country and silently quarantine anyone in contact with anyone suspect. And I would be ready to activate FEMA publicly at a moments notice (basically medical/emergency martial law); but FEMA is hard to control set monthly limits.
