Did it ever occur that it was bioengineered for use in a vaccine? Are you aware of the failed attempts to create a vaccine in that province? Aware of what happens to the animals they tried on? A working vaccine would protect on next exposure. A ohboythisisbad vaccine would lead to death on next exposure. Wanna guess what happened to the animals?
