TY I agree I loved evolution of civilization, I really think Quigley aligns with the Great Awakening.

 

He censored himself greatly from bringing secret societies in mix. But Rhodes hit the nail on the head in politics Scholars, RIIA, CFR.

 

He maintained an optomistic tone, however a confidant later said he admitted the power was malignant in goals and in his books he maintains neutrality.
