A few months back it was all about research, it felt more like a group effort. Now it is a lot of shilling a lot of bickering, a lot less research. Everybody scratches on the surface, no concentrated effort. We need a lot more guidance and directions. A vague "you have more than you know" is not enough. This place drifts apart without leadership, we are not effective without a general.
