Are you saying that there is scientific evidence that certain races are more intelligent than others due to their genetics, minus environment, experiences, etc.? Just one problem with this reasoning anon. The Africans in unconquered African countries are rather highly educated and intelligent, even some that have been westernized like Ghana. I really think environment and etc. plays a roll. The blacks in America have been systemically raped from day one and it never stopped.
