Would it surprise you to learn the wall is already being built? :)

Our Potus is a sly one. He is not going to build those concrete prototype walls that everyone is making such a big deal about, LOL. DHS said they wanted see thru walls for safety. So they are building 30' high bollard walls.

Thomas Wictor listed 5 sauces on a thread. I posted them here last night. I'm not going back to re-research it. You can look up Thomas or search back breads.

Potus never intended to use those concrete walls. They are a distraction. He also signed EO to clear the way for building permits.

Stable Genius.

I don't mean fixing the wall. I mean actual building of new wall. See, Congress was so fixated on the concrete walls (so were we), that haven't been paying attention to the fact the NEW walls are going up. There was even an article on Friday I think the wall construction will begin on Monday, today. It's new wall construction. The 1.6 Bil can be used for the bollard wall. Not to mention all the other money already given to DHS the last budget talks.

From 2017

The administration cleared the way for construction in September by waiving dozens of environmental and other reviews in Calexico. A 2005 law exempted it from environmental reviews if the Homeland Security secretary deems a wall to be in national security interests, including the National Environmental Policy Act, Clean Air Act and Endangered Species Act.

The Trump administration has also issued waivers to build in San Diego and Santa Teresa, New Mexico. George W. Bush's administration issued the previous five waivers, allowing the government to quickly extend the wall to nearly one-third of the border without legal challenges that can block construction or cause major delays.
